Green Globe International, Inc. Announces Appointment of

Anoosheh Mostafaei to Board of Directors

Issued Monday, June 8, 9:50 am ET

 MURRIETA, CA--(PR NEWSWIRE)--June 8, 2009--Green Globe International, Inc. (OTC:

GGII), the worldwide owner of the Green Globe brand, today announced the appointment of

Anoosheh Mostafaei, the president and co-founder of Ship & Shore Environmental, Inc., which

provides customized environmental solutions to green businesses in a variety of industries, to

Green Globe International’s Board of Directors.

Green Globe International recently entered into a strategic partnership with Ship & Shore

Environmental, Inc. to collaborate on projects involving the Green Globe brand and its

sustainability programs. Ship & Shore Environmental will provide Green Globe clients with

expertise on making significant reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, while lowering

energy consumption.

“We are very pleased that Anoosheh Mostafaei has accepted an appointment to the Green Globe

Board and look forward to her contributions,” said Steven R. Peacock, CEO and managing

Director of Green Globe International, Inc. “Her experience in designing and delivering

environmental solutions for industry, as well as her leadership on numerous industry boards and

committees, will provide Green Globe with critical insight as it seeks to expand its reach into

new markets in the United States and around the world.”

Ms. Mostafaei commented, “After taking the time to familiarize myself with Green Globe

International and its strategic plan to grow the company, I am happy to join the Board of

Directors. I believe that there are tremendous synergies between Green Globe International and

Ship & Shore Environmental, including projects involving our new Green Energy Industrial

Solutions division. I look forward to working with the Board to chart a successful future for

Green Globe International.”

Ms. Mostafaei is a leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of green solutions for

industry. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in chemical

engineering she began her career at Flour Daniel as a project engineer working on nuclear,

chemical and petrochemical projects for the worldwide market. After leaving Flour Daniel, she

became involved in helping manufacturers meet VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) abatement

challenges by providing customized energy efficient air pollution abatement systems.

Ms. Mostafaei is a leader in the field of VOC abatement solutions. Each engineering solution is

custom designed to not only help a client meet their environmental obligations but also

contemplates how each facility’s unique manufacturing practices and requirements will be

integrated into the design and operation of the best pollution abatement solution. Her in-depth

process knowledge and expertise provide the foundation for designing superior, innovative,

efficient equipment and reliable technologies that help industry to collect and destroy air

pollution emissions.

For many years Ms. Mostafaei has served, and continues to serve, as an advocate for

manufacturers through active participation on several boards and committees, including serving

as BACT (Best Available Control Technology) committee member for the SCAQMD (South

Coast Air Quality Management District), board member of Western Region SPI (Society of

Plastics Industry) Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) group, board member of CFECA (California

Film Extruders & Converters Association) and FBF (Film & Bag Federation). Board and

committee participation, along with planning of meeting agendas and annual conferences, has

enabled Ms. Mostafaei to develop close relationships among the membership of these

organizations. As a member of the Society of Plastics Industry she serves on the Public Policy

Committee and Environmental Council and has met with legislators and testified at government

hearings on behalf of industry.

Her knowledge and experience with combustion equipment such as thermal oxidizers, catalytic

oxidizers, boilers, burners, carbon and zeolite adsorption, etc. is primary to her business. In

addition, heat recovery and energy consumption reduction is an integral part of each engineered

solution. Due to the economic and market demands on businesses to reduce operational costs Ms.

Mostafaei has utilized her knowledge and experience to expand the line of products and services

offered by her company to meet these needs.

To better address client requests for help with the ever-increasing regulations on manufacturing

such as global warming and carbon footprint reduction issues, Ship & Shore Environmental, Inc.,

under the leadership of Ms. Mostafaei, recently launched a new division known as Green Energy

Industrial Solutions. Her vision for this new entity capitalizes on years of experience gained

while helping her clients implement a variety of energy reduction strategies including alternative

energy sources. These strategies not only provide a positive payback to a client’s bottom line, but

also reduce their carbon footprint by addressing greenhouse gases emissions and positively

affecting corporate sustainability programs that promote “green branding”.

As an active board member of the Network of Iranian Professionals of Orange County (NIPOC)

she also founded the engineers and architects division of NIPOC. She is an active member of

Orange County’s Strategic Business Group which is a networking group of Iranian-American

professionals, and helped with development of the Iranian Cultural Center Orange County

(ICCOC) which promotes learning about the Persian culture through classes and social activities.

In addition to her many years in leadership positions and participation as a board member and

committee chairperson for several trade associations, she has also dedicated herself to helping

impoverished children improve their lives through health and education assistance. These

volunteer activities have included fundraising, committee and board membership for several nonprofit

organizations over the years such as Discover E Program (youth promotion for engineering

schools), United Way, Child Foundation, and Children’s Hope International Literacy and

Development (CHILD).

The Green Globe brand and program, which traces its roots back to the United Nations Rio de

Janeiro Earth Summit in 1992, where 182 Heads of State endorsed the Agenda 21 principles of

Sustainable Development, has primarily been used in the travel and tourism industry but is now

being expanded to include a growing number of environmentally responsible businesses in a

variety of market sectors. The Green Globe brand is an ideal symbol for the world's increasing

awareness of environmental responsibility and response to global climate change.
